Named after the ‘Jersey Lily’ Lillie Langtry, this is an elegant dry sparkling Rosé made using the Methode Traditionelle.

The grapes are a blend of Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc. Extended cellar ageing before release has created a wine of depth and complexity.

It has cherry aromas and toasted brioche on the nose, elderberry on the palate and a refined mousse. Perfect chilled as an aperitif of with a bowl of strawberries.
