Terms and Conditions for the Maison de Jersey Christmas Hamper Competition

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Jersey aged 18 and over. Employees of Maison de Jersey, La Mare Wine Estate, their family members, or anyone else connected to the company may not enter the competition.

2. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting from 3rd November 2023 and ending 19th December 2023. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter:

   • Social Media Entry: Entrants must follow @maisondejersey on Instagram or like the Maison de Jersey Facebook page, scan the provided QR code, and comment on the specified competition post with the hashtag #maisondejersey.
   • Online Entry: Entrants must visit maisondejersey.com and complete the entry form.
   • Traditional Mail Entry: Entrants must mail the specified page with their full name, contact number, and email address to Marketing, La Mare Estate, La Rue de la Hougue Mauger, St Mary, Jersey JE3 3BA

4. Prizes: The prize is one of three hampers valued at £75 each. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Maison de Jersey's discretion. The prize is nontransferable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Maison de Jersey. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided with their entry within five (5) days following the selection. Maison de Jersey shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

6. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the competition is impaired in any way, Maison de Jersey reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend the competition and, if feasible, to determine the winner among the eligible entries received up to that point.

7. Release & Limitations of Liability: By participating in the competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Maison de Jersey, La Mare Wine Estate, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the competition or receipt or use of the prize.

8. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Maison de Jersey website.

9. Disputes: This competition is governed by the laws of Jersey, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this competition, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this competition, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

10. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the competition is Maison de Jersey, La Mare Wine Estate, La Rue de la Hougue Mauger, St Mary, Jersey JE3 3BA.

11. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Maison de Jersey as final and binding as it relates to the content of this competition.

12. Results: To obtain a copy of the winner's names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:  Requests must be received no later than 20th January 2024.

The competition hosted by Maison de Jersey is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network.
