Richard Bramble was born in London in 1968 and attended Sherborne School in Dorset with an art scholarship. In 1986 he gained a place at the Slade School of Fine Art. Since graduating in 1990 Richard Bramble has worked full time as a fine artist, with his work appearing in numerous exhibitions around the country and in various private and corporate collections.

The creative style of Richard Bramble has become a globally recognised ‘signature’ which continues to attract commissions and interest. Consequently his work is becoming accessible to a wider audience who appreciate his landscapes, chef collaborations, wildlife and culinary themes. At present Richard Bramble splits his time between London, Dorset and the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, as well as undertaking commissions in the UK and world wide.

'My work as an artist ranges from the figurative to the abstract. Depending upon the subject matter I use a whole range of mediums (oils, oil pastels, watercolours, charcoal and chalk) to create original paintings and drawings. From these paintings and drawings come the designs for 'The Richard Bramble Collection' of ceramics, textiles, boards and mat ranges.'
