Q: When are Christmas Hamper orders sent to the UK and other regions? A: Orders for Christmas Hampers to the UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland are despatched on the 8th and 15th of December.
Q: What is the last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery to the UK? A: Make sure to place your orders by 12pm on the 14th of December for guaranteed Christmas delivery in the UK.

Q: What are your boutique's opening hours and location? A: Our high street boutique is open from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday at 33 King Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 4WF. Our Estate Shop at La Mare Wine Estate is open Monday to Saturday 10.30am - 3.30pm.

Q: What is your policy on corked bottles and wine quality? A: In line with international practice, we do not exchange corked bottles. Rest assured, all our wines are stored under ideal conditions in our cellar and the Shop in St Helier.

Q: How long are your offers valid? A: Our products are on sale until stocks run out. If a product is no longer available, we may offer an alternative with the client's agreement.

Q: What happens if an item in my hamper is unavailable? A: If an item in a pre-designed hamper is missing, we may replace it with a similar product unless instructed otherwise at checkout.
Q: Do you deliver to Europe and overseas? A: Due to Brexit-related legislative changes, we regret that we cannot deliver outside England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland for Christmas 2021.
