An artisan crafted Jersey Gin infused with seven classic botanicals and a delicate addition of Jersey Farm raspberries. Double distilled in our Alembic Charantais Cognac distillery using a blend of the purest neutral spirit and Jersey Royal potato spirit. The gentle pot still distillation process creates this juniper forward dry gin that displays character, balance and depth. The botanicals are carefully selected for their quality and gently handled during the process to extract and capture their individual character. These flavours are then brought together to create this delightful aromatic premium Jersey Gin.
