Pomignac VSOP Is double distilled in our Cognac distillery and slowly matured in oak casks, a mellow and rare brandy with fine soft apple flavours.

Jersey Apple Brandy VSOP Alc. 40% 

Apples: A mix of traditional varieties grown on the estate’s orchards in St Mary and St Lawrence 

Aged In ex-bourbon oak barrels for a minimum of 4yrs 

Nose: Baked apples, muscovado sugar and underlying subtle smoky spice 

Palate: Smooth and mellow apple balanced with a lingering cola character 

Pairing: La Mare dark chocolate, pecan tart and tiramisu
